Annoyances

Comp USA is closing all it's stores in the Sacramento area I figured there might be some deals to be had.. so I Went there on Wednesday.. and found a Kensington universal power adapter for 50% off! that made it only about $39 instead of $79! So I bought it since it would be nice to just have a second adapter that stays in my computer bag and that can charge other friends Notebooks in emergencies as well. Problem is while it came with Tips for lots of major brand notebooks it didn't have the "N14" power tip for Acer notebooks. I figured that wasn't too bad, I could just go back again and see if they had any N14 tips left and get that at a good discount too.

So I went back today looking for the "N14" tip for Acer Notebooks..
They had a ton of them.. so I grabbed one paid, for it came home, and opened up the package that opened surprisingly easily.. looked at the tip and it's marked "N3"

Gah! rechecked the package and the receipt.. they say tip for Acer notebooks. Some jerk switched the tip in the package inside the store! And of course since it's a Clearance sale the receipt clearly states: ALL SALES FINAL

I'm going to go back there and ask that they swap it for a proper one.
It says Acer tip on the package, says it on the receipt, I'm not wanting a refund, I just want what I thought I was buying, and I'm pretty sure they have alot of the proper item still on the shelf. Let's just hope they're reasonable..
