Halloween activities?

My sister recently needed to move her belongings out of a house in Santa Cruz that she was living in while attending college there. She's going abroad next semester so all of it needed to be brought back here to go into storage.. Long story Short, she had waited until the last day she could do it and we were forced to do it last Friday right after the worst part of a major storm had passed. This was the rout we took to and from my grandmothers house that day:
