FC2012 reservation problems

yeah.. looks like another lovely clusterfuck this year.. ( I usually don't use such language, quite annoyed right now. rant to follow)
If anyone noticed, the phone number was never posted (showed up as 1-800-XXX-XXXX) and has since been removed. So good luck to those trying to get a room via phone. :(
I personally tried to get a doubble room, filled out all the info it demanded for me and my roommates, and when I was done found the room not available anymore. SERIOUSY?! Paskey dosn't even put a temporary hold on the selected room to allow people time to fill in the information?! I emailed my issue to the FC hotel email, but I'm doubtful if anything can be fixed now, at least I was able to get a King room so at least I'm not completely SOL. I just hope myself and my 3 other friends can stay in a king room since it only gave me an option for 2 people on the site.
I respect those on FC staff that have worked hard on the hotel planning and feel sorry for them for the trouble they now have to deal with. not there fault that Paskey is such a screwed up system.
In summation Paskkey makes this Folfgon very angry!
