FC Reservation Delays

So MeetingMax COO apologized for the delays with FC Hotel reservations.. But that’s probably all, So we got inconvenience, and they still will be paid in full for their services. But that’s just the reality of things, Corporations make a mistake, but never really have to significantly do much then apologize.. their time is more valuable after all.

I would have at least liked to have gotten a button, free drink, or small token of some sort for the wait. :(
